Limerick Youth Archery provided a safe learning experience, hobby and outlet for my son. When he didn’t believe in himself, his coaches and class mates encouraged him to keep trying! In addition to this, we gained a shared interest in our family for archery so now all my boys have this sport to grow in together. We couldn’t recommend Limerick Bowmen enough for its safe and fun atmosphere!

Limerick Youth Archery has been such a positive experience for my daughter. Such a great group of people! Coaches are amazing, parents on our team and from other teams couldn’t be more supportive. Just an all-around great experience. It’s amazing how far the kids have come in such a short amount of time. We are very proud to say we are members of the Limerick Youth Archery family!!

For us, the most positive thing about the class are the coaches. They are all so attentive, patient, helpful and kind. This was Kolton's first time picking up a real bow and the way the coaches helped and guided him is something we will never forget.

It all started out with a facebook event listing for Introduction to Archery. No experience or equipment was needed, and since I had neither I went all in for my son and I. The event was actually geared toward kids and teens, but I really wanted to try it out (and encourage my son to try it out by being with him). The coaches graciously said I could and that was it. I was hooked. We signed up, bought some equipment and started learning.
All the coaches are amazing. They are so knowledgeable, so patient, so kind and so supportive. Bethany and Gary are the head honchos, and they give their time and energy so generously. They are all quick to help and genuinely care about what they are doing. I feel like I can't say enough about this program and the folks who keep it going. I really have no cons - except that it is a little far of a drive for us to do more than once a week, but my son has done the 10 week archery class twice now and it is worth the drive.

Abby started archery at Limerick roughly six months ago. In that time, she has gone from curious to passionate, and from a passive listener to the coaches’ instruction to an active participant who asks questions and spends time outside of classes doing her own research. The program really worked to inspire her to want to practice, to want to improve, and showed her that success in the sport was achievable. I really appreciate the time and energy the coaches devote to making the program a success, and how much positive impact it has had on my daughter.
